Home Page (Tutors listing page): Where all(online/in-person) tutors are listed, can be marked as favourite. Bottom bar has 5 options - Home, Booking(to see my bookings), favourites(to see favorite tutors), profile, more. On click on any tutor section, user is redirected to tutor’s detailed profile view page On click of Bok button, user is redirected to calendar booking page. On click of confirm and pay button, booking is confirmed and user gets details of booking with done button. On click of done button, user is redirected to home page.

Method: Unmoderated usability study
Location: India, remote (each participant will complete the study in their own home)
Date: Sessions will take place during the week of November 21-25, 2024. 5 participants will try the app to book their preferred tutor. Each participant will then complete a questionnaire on their experience.
Length: Each session will last 15-20 minutes and will include an introduction, a list of tasks on low fidelity prototype, and a short questionnaire.
Compensation: No compensation

The goal was to collect feedback that could improve the usability of the FindTutor app, which connects students or parents with tutors and facilitates easy booking.
Participants were guided through key tasks in the app, each followed by prompts for feedback:
Create a Profile: Evaluate the ease of the profile creation process and suggest improvements.
Browse and Select a Tutor: Share feedback on the design and information shown for tutor selection.
Review Tutor Details: Assess the usefulness of information on the tutor’s profile page.
Book a Tutor: Complete the booking by selecting a tutor, time, and date.
Overall Feedback: Share thoughts on the overall experience with the FindTutor app.
